Olivier Ntawuyirushintege is the Managing Partner of ON Consulting Group.

Mr. Olivier has more than ten years of experience in Audit, Accounting and Risk Management in complex business environment. Before joining ON Consulting Group he was Partner for Audit and Assurance services in RSK ASSOCIATES LTD.Beside industrial experience, Mr. Olivier is visiting lecturer to different universities and CPA course facilitator at WPTC.

Mr. Olivier is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (iCPAR) and an Affiliate of ACCA. Has a bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Finance and currently he pursues PhD program in Finance at the research level with JKUAT.

Aminadab Ntahondereye is a PhD candidate of Business Admiration Accounting option. He is at the final stage of his research. He has a master’s degree of Business Admistration (MBA), Accounting and Finance. He has a bachelor’s Degree of sciences with education. He has more than 10 years of Experience in teaching career in secondary schools and more than 5 years as a Lecturer in higher learning institutions.

Mr. Didace RUDASINGWA holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Statistics and currently finishing post graduate diploma in education. He is a statistician with 7 years’ work experience in progressive research, field force management, data quality assurance, data management, data analysis and monitoring& evaluation. Didace has participated in various research programmes focused on socio-economic development. He has experience in designing and implementation of research projects and performs M&E related activities. He is also proficiency in R-programming and STATA, SPSS, MS Excel, Arc GIS and web based data collection application/digital data gathering tool (CommCare & Tablet). He has good knowledge and expertise in implementing research and Cross Sectional Studies (baseline, midterm and end-term evaluations).

Having a Master’s degree of Arts in Education (career guidance and counselling as specialization) from Mahatma Gandhi University, BAZARAMA Marie Michѐle has over 7 years’ experience dealing with projects in various domains.  Social economic development is her main focus coupled with her strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. Her experience, core competencies and skills certifies that she is and has

• Expert in delivering professional services including quality assurance for surveys and other Research assignments to Public Sector Organizations including Non–Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Donor Agencies and organizations in the private sector in Rwanda.
• Extensive experience and skills of teaching, coaching and mentorship.
• Extensive experience dealing with people at all levels using well-developed communication skills with high ability to organize, moderate and facilitate in different workshops and conferences.
• Experience in the design, monitoring and evaluation and development of projects/programs.
• Experience in meeting tight deadlines; in terms of timely, accurate and quality reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft office: Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS, Internet explorer
